Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched by emailing info@onlygods.com with your order number. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Returns

Eligible items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached. You can start a return from your profile under “My Orders”.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Cash-on-Delivery orders are refunded via UPI or bank transfer.

Non-returnable Items

Innerwear, items marked “final sale”, and products damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.
